In Settings, search for troubleshooting, and select troubleshooting in the search results. 1- Reindexing the files in my computer through File/Outlook Options/Indexing Options/Advanced options which I have already done several times and has not resolved my problem. 2- I have found another post saying that the problem may be related to the Indexing configuration and gives instruction on how to check that the "Outlook box" is checked.
